1. Registration for The Artists Mall is free or has a cost (depending on the service you choose) and usually requires at least your email address.

4. Users wishing to open a store will need to be a registered member of the Artists Mall site.

6. Users need a Paypal account to open their store.
7. Seller Store Owners are billed monthly based on their store type until they cancel their membership at paypal.
8. There are no other fees associated with the stores. The owners WILL NOT be charged any final value fees when they sell an item from their store.
9. Users need to register first, then in their control panel they will find a link to open a Store.
10. There are four levels of stores including a beginning free store.
11. Once your Store is opened, you will be billed automatically through PayPal on a monthly basis.
12. The owner can never have more items listed in their store than the store type allows.
13. Store owners can upgrade/downgrade their store type automatically at any time. If chosen to do so your subscription at paypal will be adjusted to the new subscription amount once you have completed the upgrade/downgrade option in your user control panel.
14. The Artists Mall is a family oriented site. No Porn, no drugs, no violence allowed. You will get three warnings for violations, the fourth time will get your account deleted.
15. The site is promoted for you plus you are encouraged to sign up for explorz.com to gain more exposure for your store.
16. The Artists Mall is a sister site to Help 2 Succeed.
17. Privacy is important to us and we know it is important to our artist community. The Artists Mall collects personally identifiable information about individuals when it is volunteered by the user. For example, volunteered information may be gathered when a user is presented with a blank field and voluntarily inputs personal information and submits that information to The Artists Mall. Such volunteered information may be updated at any time by the user. In addition, when users share personal comments in any of our Community spaces, this information usually becomes public, unless there is explicit protection provided (for example, in a private side "conversation").
18. Email and newsletters may be sent by the Artists Mall to any user who chooses ("opts in") to receive it. Opting in is the method that allows users to choose to receive information.When we send you an email or newsletter for which you have opted-in, there will always be a message on the page that allows you to "unsubscribe" to any additional emails.
